Born from a simple observation: ERs were drowning.
In 2018, a group of emergency physicians from the largest hospital systems in DFW opened our doors with one promise — match the clinical capability of a hospital ER, but cut the wait time by 90%. Six years and 50,000 patients later, that promise still holds.

Every shift at ER Of Fort Worth is led by a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician — backed by registered nurses, radiology technicians, and lab specialists trained to move fast without cutting corners.
Our physicians come from the largest hospital systems in DFW and have collectively treated more than 250,000 emergency patients. They chose the freestanding model for the same reason our patients do: it lets them do the job the way they were trained to.
